At Yellowstone Club, we believe in the ideals of family. It's the perfect setting for families to bond, enjoy the Montana mountains, and pass traditions from one generation to the next.

To make your time here valuable for every member of the family, the Yellowstone Club provides a variety of activities and amenities geared specifically to the interests of your children or grandchildren.

From youngsters just starting out to young adults coming into their own, Yellowstone Club's Youth Services team will help them build friendships, learn new skills, and gain confidence, all while having a great time. The unique facilities of 20 Below and 8 Below guarantee that all members of the family feel at home at the Club. What's more, fun family-oriented activities that involve all members of the family are planned throughout the year to help strengthen family bonds and build lasting memories.

20 Below

Just beneath the Warren Miller Lodge Dining Room is a place where kids "Below Twenty" can hang out and do things kids like to do. Physical activity is always encouraged here, and the opportunities for fun are boundless. 20 Below boasts a half-size basketball court (which also doubles as a party pad and a place for pick up floor hockey games), surrounded by beginner and advanced rock climbing walls. Other options for recreation include ping pong, pool, and a game room complete with over 70 games for Nintendo Wii, Sony Play Station, and Xbox.

The facilities at 20 Below also encourage more relaxed recreation; for kids interested in the creative arts, the cozy craft room is the perfect spot to pass an afternoon. Groups of friends can also gather in the movie theater, adjacent to the basketball court. With 38 individual reclining seats, popcorn, and candy concessions, it's the perfect kid getaway. 20 Below is a great place to show up with a group of friends, and it's also the place to make new ones.

Everyone's favorite feature here is the retro 20 Below Diner. With swivel chrome stools, arcade games, and cozy booths, it's sure to transport kids back to the 1950s. And, in keeping with the diner theme, all the classics are offered: delicious old-fashioned malts, milk shakes, hot dogs, pretzels, pizza, and candy! This is kid-friendly dining at its finest. 20 Below is a fantastic place for kids of any age, but keep in mind - adults are not allowed unless accompanied by children!

8 Below

We're committed to providing quality care and engaging activities for even the youngest family members. The facilities at 8 Below, located in the Warren Miller Lodge next to 20 Below, offer recreation and care for children ages 6 months to eight years old. The staff at 8 Below are both nurturing and experienced, able to meet the diverse needs of a young population, from infant care to preschool activities.

Encompassing a wide variety of activities, 8 Below offers everything from half-day or full-day childcare, specialized programs, and ski instruction. Additionally, programs are planned throughout the year to offer seasonal and local activities to help children interact with and learn about the natural world. When the kids aren't learning to ski or exploring the outdoors, the indoor facilities have engaging toys, games, snacks, and a cozy nap space. All 8 Below staff members are current in first aid and CPR. The goal here isn't just childcare; it's helping young children grow by introducing new skills and providing enriching experiences that blend perfectly with the lifestyle of the Yellowstone Club.
